Beautiful Cacao Pods after being harvested. It is the seeds inside that are toasted, that became Cacao Paste, and then "blocks" of Ceremonial Cacao.
Ceremonial Cacao is delicious with some honey and cinnamon...
It also works incredibly well with Roses... It's like when Two Divine Feminine Queens team up together!
Our Dear Keith in his element! Keith's connection with the Cacao Spirit was undeniable and I loved listening to him speak about this beautiful plant.
Once you get comfortable making your own Ceremonial Cacao, this is how it will look. Lots of beautiful "rainbow" bubbles that shine! Yum!
This is how the women toast the seeds of the Cacao... It is these toasted seeds that then become "Cacao Paste" which is how the Cacao is turned into a "Block" which can travel easily and be stored.
Toasted Cacao Seeds can be eaten and shared just like this... They are an energizing superfood!
